Commenting on the lineup, Josh Eggleton, Co-founder of Eat Drink Bristol Fashion and Head Chef of the Pony & Trap said: “Building on the success of Eat Drink Bristol Fashion 2012, the aim is once again to showcase Bristol’s thriving food scene in one spectacular setting.
“We’ve assembled a group of guest restaurants that are doing great things in the city and we want to show the rest of the country what we’re up to here in Bristol. From the Chefs of tomorrow at the City of Bristol College, renowned stars such as Pete and Jonray Sanchez at Casamia, through to Bristol institutions such as Chris Wicks at Bells Diner – there will be some incredible food served up.
Luke Hasell, Co-founder of Eat Drink Bristol Fashion and organic farmer at the Story Group and the Community Farm, added: “We’re delighted to welcome some of the region’s best chefs to our restaurant in the tipis for a second year. Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is about collaboration and serves to highlight how suppliers, restaurants and the wider catering industry can work together to bring quality, sustainably sourced food to the public.
“Tickets for the restaurant offerings are limited so purchase quickly! But if you don’t manage to get one, don’t panic as there is more great food, drink and live music to be had in our Tapas Cafe Bar.”
