If you’re looking for gifts with a difference this Christmas, head over to Ashton Court for their Christmas Food & Craft Fayre on December 3rd and 4th.
Organised by Mullion Cove and Bristol City Council, the event will take place between 10am and 4.30pm on both days, with free entry and on-site parking.
The Hayloft will be home to stalls selling locally produced craft gifts such as handmade jewellery, fur hats, scarves, wood crafts and ceramics, while downstairs in the courtyard, visitors can stock up on locally produced beer and cider, cheese, handmade chocolates, Christmas puddings, cakes, apple juice and a wide selection of other artisan food gifts. Businesses taking part include Forest of Avon
If the weather’s as cold as it’s supposed to be, then the roast chestnuts, mulled wine, warm mince pies and hog roast that will be on the go will be very welcome!
Father Christmas will be popping in to meet younger visitors, while a creative workshop will keep them entertained on the Sunday (both activities can be booked by phoning the Ashton Court Visitors’ Centre on 0117 963 9174(, while local musicians and the Libertine Theatre Company will provide entertainment throughout the weekend.
