To celebrate the launch of their new autumn Prix Fixe menu, French restaurant chain Côte are giving away free three-course lunches.
To win one of up to ten three-course Prix Fixe lunches, all you need to do is to send a photo of your sad work lunch to the Côte Instagram page. Whether it’s stale sandwiches, Sunday lunch leftovers midway through the week or any other depressing lunch choice, Côte Instagram followers will vote for the lunch they deem the worst offenders.
Priced at £16.95 for two courses or £20.95 for three courses (prices may vary depending on location), the new Prix Fixe menu offers an alternative to boring office lunches, and is available from 12-7pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Showcasing both classic and more contemporary French dishes, the menu has been designed by executive chef Steve Allen – who’s formerly worked alongside Gordon Ramsay at Michelin-starred restaurants including Claridges and Petrus.
On the menu you’ll find dishes like Smoked Salmon Fish Cake, Pear and Walnut Salad, Carrot & Roasted Squash Soup, Charcuterie Board, Seabass Rouge, Steak Frites, Poulet Grille, Roasted Butternut Squash, Plum Clafoutis, Chocolate Mousse, Crepe au Chocolat, Ice Cream & Sorbet, all curated exclusively by Steve.
Côte say, “In France almost every restaurant offers a set menu prix fixe which is all about fine French cuisine at affordable prices. The new Côte Prix Fixe menu has been designed to offer an affordable upgrade to dreary office lunches. Great food at affordable prices.”
