The team at Rude Health haved named Bristol the most ‘in rude health’ city in the UK – and to celebrate, they’re dishing out free breakfasts and workouts this June.

Head to the centre promenade (near the Neptune statue) between 7.30am and 10.30am on Monday, June 24th or Tuesday, June 25th, and you’ll find the Rude Health breakfast van, giving away free breakfasts to everyone. Those who make it over there will enjoy “The Bristol Bircher” (an apple and banana bircher topped with berry coulis and Rude Health granola), alongside various other foods and drinks from the brand – everything from nut crunch bars to turmeric lattes.

The company was founded in 2005 by Nick and Camilla Barnard, whose aim was to create the world’s most enjoyable muesli. Their muesli has now been joined by all sorts of cereals, snacks and drinks – which you can find out more about on their website.

But that’s not all. If you fancy a workout too, then pitch up at 7am on the Tuesday to enjoy what Rude Health describe as a ‘barmy workout’ before breakfast. “Think belly laughs, group hugs, colour, dancing and human wheelbarrows”, they say – sounds like fun, and a great way to work up an appetite!

For the workout, they’ve teamed up with Project Awesome: an “unashamedly inclusive, loud, proud, high-energy free fitness initiative”, who you’ll find out more about here.
