On Thursday, May 31st, MasterChef 2018 semi-finalist George Kallias will be taking over the stoves at The Kenny to cook a special five-course tasting menu.
Since appearing on the show, George has enjoyed spending time with The Kensington Arms‘ head chef Luke Hawkins and his team, developing new dishes and tweaking some favourites from the show.
The result? A five-course tasting menu on May 31st, with Bristolian Kallias including not only his modern take on Greek Cypriot food, but also other influences from across the globe.
Priced at £35 per head (with an optional drinks flight for £25), the menu will feature dishes such as Mackerel, Beetroot, Cucumber & Wasabi; Duck, Heart, Sumac & Dates; and Cardamom, vanilla, rose and rhubarb.
