Early bird tickets are now available for 2018’s Grillstock Festival, which this year takes place on June 30th and July 1st on the Harbourside.
The full festival line-up has yet to be announced, but the new Grillstock team promise “the best line-up in the festival’s history”. The King of The Grill contenders will return for the ‘low and slow’ BBQ competition, which puts the teams through their paces as they show off their culinary skills in a series of challenges. Festival-goers will have the chance to interact with the teams, taste the food and experience their passion for authentic barbecue.
Clifton Chilli Club will be hosting their legendary chilli eating competition live on the main stage, or for those whose expertise is speed rather than heat, there will be the customary hot dog and hot wing eating contests taking place each day.
The festival will feature two music stages and pop-up performance spaces and the usual helping of BBQ and street food vendors sourced from the South West and all over the UK. The Grillstock Dive Bar will return with some of the finest craft beers and bourbon from around the globe.
Early bird tickets are now on sale at www.grillstock.co.uk. Saturday tickets are £28 and Sunday tickets are £24 with weekend tickets for £45. The festival’s legendary Pit Crew tickets will cost £75, which includes beers, BBQ and merch vouchers as well as a weekend ticket and access to the legendary Firestarter party.
