Combining a floral theme with food, cocktails and DJs, The Florist is now open in the former home of Goldbrick House on Park Street.
The doors to The Florist were first opened on February 26th, and everything about the three-floor venue is inspired by the art of floristry. Describing themselves as a “sensory world”, The Florist features beautiful floral walls and other flower-inspired decor alongside intriguing menus.
The cocktail list includes lavender, violet, rose, poppy, hibiscus and more among its ingredients – and there’s a huge selection of beers available too.
When it comes to the food, expect a daily menu that includes dishes from the deli, rotisserie and grill, a very tempting-looking Sunday lunch menu, a whole host of gluten-free options, and a kids’ menu that actually looks disappointingly boring compared with the adult choices.
