The Hotel’s “Homegrown and Local” philosophy ensures that the regularly-changing menu features a wealth of produce from local suppliers, such as Creedy Carver barn-reared poultry, Bath Soft Cheese, and produce from the Severn and Wye Smokery. The main menu includes such delights as smoked haddock fishcake with poached egg and butter sauce, and pork cheeks braised in cider, shallots and apples – a sample menu is available to view here.
The latest offer from the Hotel du Vin means that two people can dine out for just £35 for the pair: including 2 courses each, coffee, and a bottle of house wine. The offer is valid on a set menu only – courses listed below. And if you want to upgrade to 3 courses, you can do so for just £5 per head.
The offer is valid Monday to Thursday for dinner before 7.30pm, and Monday to Saturday for lunch. To book, the voucher needs to be downloaded from the Hotel du Vin website, printed out and filled in, before booking your table on 0117 925 5577.
