“We’ve set up a little club at The Hole In The Wall for our loyal wine-quaffing guests. Think of it as a VIP lounge for vino lovers, just much friendlier – and it won’t cost you a penny. Quite the opposite, in fact, when you see the savings in store…”
So begins the description of the Wine Club on The Hole In The Wall’s website. I stumbled across this by chance the other day – it’s free to join, and with the promise of discounts and other benefits, it seems well worth signing up to…
All you need to do to become a member is to sign up to the pub’s newsletter, by clicking on this link, and ensure that you tick the Wine Club box at the bottom of the registration form. In addition to Wine Club information, you’ll be sent details of events, changes, news and offers – offers which begin on sign-up with a voucher for a free drink.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll then need to print off your confirmation email and take it to the pub, where you’ll be given your membership card. All a bit long-winded, but apparently it will give you access to “big discounts off wines by the bottle, new wine list sampling and food and wine matching”.
I’ve not picked up my membership card yet, but I had the first email through on Wednesday reminding me that it was the second Wednesday of the month, meaning 50% off wine by the bottle for Wine Club members – wine list here if you’re interested in seeing what they have to offer…
Seems like this is one worth keeping an eye on for some potential bargains!
