The next instalment of Love Food Festival takes place on Valentine’s Day from 10.30am to 4pm, with free entry to the event at the Paintworks Event Space on Bath Road.

At the next event, you’ll be able to watch top local chefs in the demo kitchen, including “Spice Yourself Thin” author Kalpna Woolf and BBC Cook of the Year Jo Ingleby.

The huge indoor market will give visitors the opportunity to buy a range of produce and ingredients, including handmade chocolates, English wine, oysters, local ales and cheeses, and freshly baked cakes and breads.

Resident DJ Paul Rowley will be in the courtyard, providing a backdrop of music that’ll be the perfect accompaniment to the diverse street food traders that will be selling their wares, including Ah Ma’s Dumplings, Burger Theory, Churros Garcia, Dick Willows Cider, Desi Thai and more.

Children will also be able to get involved with activities such as Valentine’s card making on offer, while a book swap will allow cookery book fans to exchange their old books for different ones in the Love Food Festival library.
