No Man’s Grace is teaming up with Christof Höpler to serve a 5 course set menu with a carefully chosen accompanying wine flight using wines exclusively from the Höpler vineyard in Austria. As well as talking about his family’s winery and the journey from the vine to the table, Christof will take diners through the wine flight course by course and explain a little about the principles of food and wine matching.
The menu for the evening costs £45 per person (a £10 deposit per head will need to be paid), and the menu reads as follows:
