Josh Eggleton, the Michelin-starred chef from The Pony & Trap in Chew Magna, and Tom Dyer, the five times world champion cocktail flairer and holder of two Guinness Records, will be demonstrating their award-winning skills at the Pattersons Catering & Cleaning Showroom on Winterstoke Road, to celebrate Pattersons’ 125th birthday.

The family-owned company, spanning four generations, anticipate a huge turnout to mark this incredible milestone. The birthday celebrations were kicked off earlier in the year with the commission of a hot air balloon from Bristol based Cameroon Balloons. Sporting the four Pattersons (Bristol) Limited colours, the balloon has already been spotted on regular flights around Bristol and Somerset.
“We have been overjoyed by the response received from our balloon which has succeeded in raising awareness of our 125th birthday. The aim of our showroom event is to thank our customers for their continued support, and welcome new customers, with a fun packed day, lots of money saving offers and the chance to find out more about the company.” added Chris Patterson.
Including a ‘pop up’ cleaning surgery, where leading experts will be on hand to solve all your cleaning conundrums, the day promises to be a fun filled extravaganza with free catering master classes, wine tasting, product demonstrations, a free key cutting service and complimentary food and drink.
