New retro gaming arcade bar NQ64, which opens in Bristol on July 6th, is looking for Bristol gamers to test out the venue before it opens.
Ahead of its official opening on Friday, July 6th, those chosen by the new Baldwin Street venue will get “free reign” of the neon-splattered venue to test out its retro arcade games and consoles – and they’ll be able to test out the drinks menu too.
Games on offer at NQ64 Bristol will include classic 90s and early 00s arcade games, including Time Crisis, Street Fighter, Guitar Hero and Pac-Man. There will also be pinball machines and a dance machine, as well as retro consoles such as the GameCube, PlayStation, MegaDrive and SNES.
The lucky few who are chosen for testing will also enjoy free drinks – including game-themed cocktails (with alcohol-free options), spirits and craft beers – in return for their feedback on the night.
NQ64 Owner Mark Robson “We are mega excited to be bringing NQ64 to the South West, and really need Bristol’s support to help us with our games and drinks testing. We’re grafting
Testers will be chosen at random and will be able to bring a plus one with them to enjoy the sneak peek.
Can’t wait for this venue to open. Would absolutely love to be involved with the games testing. I have a YouTube channel (Andy’s Arcade) I’ve done a few projects myself including building a Gauntlet Arcade machine which was something I’ve always wanted to do!! All games retro is my passion. Hope to hear from you guys!
