VeBurger to open at Wapping Wharf with freebies!

Vegan burger joint VeBurger will be opening in Wapping Wharf’s CARGO 2 this May – with 100 free burgers being offered on their first day.

Founded in early 2022 by young couple Dillona and Cindy, VeBurger is all about affordable, plant-based and sustainable burgers and sides that don’t compromise on flavour. After seeing success with their delivery service, the pair are now opening their first permanent location at Wapping Wharf on Monday, May 29th.

On offer will be a range of combo boxes, meal deals and bundles, giving customers the chance to try a bit of everything. Burgers will start at just £2.99 for a classic burger, which can be ordered alongside various sides such as loaded fries and deep-fried pickles. Also on the menu will be their signature vegan “chicken” – the “Rooster range” – made in-house using a secret recipe, as well as a selection of vegan desserts.

Co-founder Dillona says, “We struggled to find good, tasty plant based alternatives which were affordable; something which has become even more relevant during this financial crisis. As such, the idea came to us to try and deliver exactly that in Bristol; a vegan restaurant that is tasty, sustainable and affordable.

“We love the vibrant atmosphere in the Wapping Wharf community. We think that Wapping Wharf is the perfect place for a start up such as ourselves and we know that our customers will love the scenery and feeling the community provides you with.

“We’re very excited to join and be part of the growing WW community. We’re excited to meet our neighbours and offer the WW regulars a great plant-based dining option.”

VeBurger will open on Monday, May 29th at CARGO 2 at Wapping Wharf – and there will be free burgers on offer for the first 100 customers. Opening hours will be 11.45am to 10pm, seven days a week.
