The team at Propyard has launched a new creative concept for Valentine’s week, transporting revellers back to the 1920s in an immersive drinking and dining experience.
The Feeder Road venue has introduced Rendezvous, which promises to “bring a taste of the fun, romance and debauchery of the Prohibition era to Bristol” for just over a week, starting on Friday, February 10th. The team will be winding back the clock to 1923 and their Crane Room will be transformed into an immersive experience, featuring French cuisine, live music and performance and a Speakeasy cocktail bar. If a traditional Valentine’s restaurant experience isn’t your thing, then maybe a taste of the roaring 20s could be a good, unique alternative…
At Rendezvous at Propyard, guests will enjoy live music from Jack Calloway and The Midnight Creepers, alongside walkabout actos, performers and a DJ throughout each evening. The decor will evoke the Moulin Rouge and The Great Gatsby with its vintage glamour, and there will be a three-course menu inspired by the Bohemian French bistros of 1920s Paris.
Speakeasy cocktail bar, The Nip & Tipple, will be at Propyard during Rendezvous, giving you the chance to enjoy classic cocktails like an Absinthe Sour, Sidecar or French 75.
Tables are available for groups of two people up to eight people, with all dietary requirements catered for.
Rendezvous will run from 6pm until midnight for five nights throughout February; Fri 10th Feb, Sat 11th Feb, Tues 14th Feb, Fri 17th Feb and Sat 18th Feb, and tickets are now available to purchase on Propyard’s website. Tickets are £59 per head, which includes a three-course seated dinner, a welcome drink and all-night entertainment.
