Whether you’re taking part in Veganuary, a full-time vegan or just want to try new plant-based dishes, take a look at the vegan offerings at Turtle Bay – and enjoy £10 off, too.
The Caribbean restaurant and bar – whose Bristol branches can be found on Broad Quay and Cheltenham Road – has a total of 15 vegan dishes across its menu, as well as 20 vegan rum-based cocktails. Their vegan offering is inspired by the traditional Rastafarian “Ital” diet: focusing on natural foods grown from the earth to increase liveliness.
The vegan offering at Turtle Bay runs from breakfast right through till the evening. Start your day with the Big Vegan Grill Down (their Caribbean-inspired take on the full English), or the Vegan Yardbird: a bara roti stack topped with a chicken-style patty, avocado, maple syrup, watermelon and hot sauce.
For lunch and dinner, enjoy an Organic Tofu Buddha Bowl or Curry Aubergine, the Jerk Organic Tofu or one of Turtle Bay’s two vegan burger options.
Desserts include the Chilli Chocolate Brownie, served alongside a choice of vegan ice creams, while 20 out of 24 of their cocktails are also vegan-friendly. See the full vegan menu on the Turtle Bay website.
With January budgets tight for many, Turtle Bay has also launched a no-strings-attached £10 gift offer. All you need to do to redeem the gift – which is available until February 16th – is download the Turtle Bay app. The £10 can be spent on whatever you like from the menu, helping you to eat out for a fraction of the cost at the start of 2023.
