As of Wednesday, October 20th, Bristol can enjoy chicken wings and more from Wingstop – the award-winning chicken restaurant concept with over 1,500 locations worldwide – as they open at Cabot Circus.

It’s the 14th UK location for Wingstop, and their first physical restaurant in the South West. Opening within the former Burton shop on The Horsefair, Wingstop will be open seven days a week from 11am to midnight, offering chicken-lovers the opportunity to dine in as well as (coming soon) click and collect and delivery options through Deliveroo. On Saturday, October 23rd from 5pm to midnight, there will also be a special opening event with a live DJ set from BBC Radio 1Xtra resident, Melody Kane.

On the menu, Wingstop promises “quality product and bold flavour variety”. Choose your chicken – classic wings, boneless wings, tenders and the new Big Flavour Burger, served in a brioche bun with coleslaw, ranch and pickles. Whichever option you go for, you’ll have the choice of 10 bold flavours to add something extra: choose between Lemon Pepper, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub, Original Hot, Spicy Korean Q, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Brazilian Citrus Pepper and Garlic Parmesan.

There are sweet potato fries and regular fries on offer too – both of which can be customised with a choice of seasonings – as well as loaded fries with Buffalo Ranch or cheese. There’s a decent dip selection too, and if you’re after something sweet, Wingstop offers churros with a choice of Oreo or Biscoff crumble and either sweet milk or caramel dip.

Speaking about the new opening, Tom Grogan, Director of Lemon Pepper Holdings (Wingstop UK) said:

“We are thrilled to be opening in the heart of Bristol at Cabot Circus. Bristol is a vibrant cultural hub of music which is at the heart of our brand and we hope to be an active part of the local community and are committed to providing jobs for local people.”
