Describing themselves as “a fish bar and restaurant” and “a proper fish and chip takeaway”, Fish Bristol can be found both on Facebook and on Twitter, where you’ll find the latest updates on their progress…
The new restaurant will be opening on Welsh Back – a bold move with Loch Fyne just around the corner, but it seems that despite their mutual piscine focus, the two will be positioned very differently.
Fish Bristol is replacing Glassboat, whose owners have decided to change direction after 35 years of operating as a French brasserie. While it’s sad to see the former go, I’m excited to see how the owners will approach the change!
