May 11th to 17th is Coeliac Awareness Week. And to mark the occasion, we’ve teamed up with Nairn’s to offer a bundle of their Gluten Free Oaties to one lucky winner.
Around 1% of the UK population suffers from coeliac disease, and just 24% of those with the condition is medically diagnosed. That means that around half a million people in the UK are living with coeliac disease without diagnosis. In a big to reach and help those people, independent charity Coeliac UK launched Coeliac Awareness Week, which this year takes place from Monday, May 11th to Sunday, May 17th.
Gluten can be found in a huge number of food and drink products – both natural and processed. And while oats are naturally gluten-free, they can be contaminated by contact with other gluten-containing grains.

Crumbly and syrupy, they’re made from wholegrain oats and are crumbly and syrupy, making them ideal for dunking in your tea or coffee! They’re also high in fibre, and contain 45% less sugar than the average of 100 sweet gluten-free biscuits analysed by Nairn’s. You’ll find them in Waitrose, Morrisons and Asda, with an RRP of £1.39 per pack.
