From August 15th to 18th at Turtle Bay Broad Quay, celebrate the summer with a festival inspired by the tropics, and try their new menu dishes too…
The Summer Sound Clash at the city centre branch of the Caribbean restaurant has something for everyone. On Thursday 15th, expect rum masterclasses and live music, while on the Friday night, there will be live reggae DJ sessions to keep diners and drinkers entertained.
On Saturday 17th, head over for a brunch accompanied by bottomless Sunshine Bellinis for £25 per head, and there’s more live DJs on the Sunday, too.
It’s a great opportunity to try the new Turtle Bay menu offerings, too. They’ve added more vegan and veggie options, like their Chilli Smashed Avocado Salad, their Jerk Tofu and their Vital Vegan Platter for sharing. There’s a new Curry Aubergine dish, as well as hand-crimped Jamaican patties and the Five Alarm Chicken Curry – which includes Trinidad Scorpion, Scotch Bonnet and Carolina Reaper chillies for those looking for something with a bit of heat…
And there are new desserts too: think Chilli Chocolate Brownies, a Banana Toffee Cheesecake, a Caribbean Mess and Fiery Root Ginger Kickin Ice Cream.
There are set menus on offer all day Sunday to Thursday, with two courses for £12 or three for £15, and their £10 lunch meal deal (12pm to 3pm Monday to Friday) offers any burger or roti, plus one side and a homemade soft drink.
