This year’s Asian Restaurant Awards ceremony takes place in Manchester on June 23rd – and this year, there are three Bristol restaurants in the running for a coveted prize.
Over 100,000 public votes determined the shortlist of the nation’s favourite Asian restaurants and takeaways, which include Bangladeshi, Burmese, Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Middle Eastern, Pakistani, Singaporean, Sri Lankan, Thai, and Vietnamese venues across the UK.
Organised by the Asian Catering Federation (ACF), which represents the nation’s 30,000 Asian and Oriental restaurants, and sponsored by Just Eat, the Asian Curry Awards final is expected to be attended by over 500 leading restaurateurs, chefs, food writers and VIP guests.
And this year, we’ve got three Bristol restaurants in the running.
Bangladeshi takeaway Rajastan Royal in Emersons Green is one of the shortlisted businesses, along with Indian restaurants Urban Tandoor on Small Street, and Urban Kohinoor on Whiteladies Road. Have you ever eaten at any of the three? If so, what’s your verdict?
