The former Roll For The Soul premises on Quay Street in the city centre is set to take on a new lease of life this July, when restaurant and bar Quay St. Diner opens in its place.
Offering coffees, brunch, lunch and dinner, Quay St. Diner will specialise in live fire cooking, thanks to their custom-made charcoal grill from UK-based Ox Grills. The team promise a regularly-changing food menu, using local and seasonal produce.
There will also be a well-stocked bar packed with craft beers, cocktails, wines and spirits, with the latter including house-made gins and vermouths. Coffee will be provided by Bristol-based Extract Coffee, and brewed with a hand-built San Remo ‘Cafe Racer’ espresso machine.
At the time of writing, the exact opening date hadn’t been announced, but you can keep up to date with all things Quay St. Diner by visiting their website, or following them on Instagram.
