We recently wrote about the fact that Honest Burgers are opening a Bristol city centre branch…and now the team have revealed that their first day of trading will be on Monday, July 2nd.
Walk past their premises on Clare Street in the city centre and you’ll see a huge amount of work underway, before they start serving up a short but sweet menu that includes special additions just for Bristol: a poutine burger with two Westcombe Dairy cheeses and a Pilton Cider and bacon gravy; a cucumber-laced gin from Psychopomp and a special tropical pale ale from Good Chemistry Brewing.
Ahead of the big launch, the Honest Burgers team will be popping up at The Robin Hood on St Michael’s Hill for four days from June 20th to 23rd, where you’ll be able to try their burgers and fries, and meet the team. On the Wednesday and Thursday only, there will be a 30% discount on food for students and NHS workers.
You’ll also find them popping up at Good Chemistry Brewing on June 22nd (where they’ll also be pouring the first pint of their collaboration beer), as well as at Moor Beer on June 23rd and 24th.
To find out more, visit the Honest Burgers Bristol Facebook page – where you also have the chance to win free meals by signing up to their mailing list…
