As of Thursday, June 14th, Ah-Ma’s Dumplings will have a lunchtime residency at Corner 77 in Stokes Croft, from 12pm to 3pm every Wednesday to Friday.
Corner 77, the new market bar, street food and events venue on the corner of Cheltenham Road and Jamaica Street, will be the lunchtime home for Ah-Ma’s Dumplings three days a week, with a range of dumplings, baos and salads available. Expect the punchy yet fresh flavours of home-cooked Cantonese food, with no artificial colourings or flavour enhancers: instead, the Ah-Ma’s team work closely with great local suppliers, using organic or free-range produce where possible.
The menu for the Ah-Ma’s Dumplings residency includes both meaty and vegan options, and reads as follows:
