The second venue for the Pasta Loco team, Pasta Ripiena literally translates as ‘stuffed pasta’, which is the focus of the menu. Scroll through their Instagram feed and you’ll see some seriously delicious-sounding (and looking!) creations, from tortellini with crab and king prawns in mint butter with Italian peas, to smoked paprika and squid ink scarpinocc with chorizo in caper butter, crispy squid and piquillo peppers. Demand has already been high, with a social media post on April 10th confirming that the team had already had over 100 booking requests.
