To celebrate her new cookbook, How To Eat A Peach, cookery writer Diana Henry will be joining Eat Your Words Bristol at Bar Buvette on Tuesday, May 1st.
The evening begins at 7.15pm, with Diana talking to Eat Your Words Bristol, who regularly organise events that see them discussing cookbooks while eating food from their very pages.
Those who attend will not only find out more about Diana’s latest title, which offers a variety of menus for all occasions and times of the year, but will also enjoy a three-course meal cooked from recipes from this new book.
Tickets are priced at £37.50 and available from Eventbrite, and include the talk, plus a welcome glass of Kir Breton, leeks with Breton vinaigrette or rillettes to start, a main course of mouclade and a dessert of crepes dentelles with sautéed apples and caramel. The menu will be served family-style – unfortunately there are no vegetarian/vegan options included, and drinks (bar the Kir) must be purchased separately.
