You may have heard that the BRAVAS team are planning on opening a sister restaurant, GAMBAS, when they’ve found its perfect home. This April, get a first taste of what will be on offer with a GAMBAS pop-up on the 15th.
Taking place at BRAVAS on Cotham Hill on Sunday, April 15th, the event is a partnership with Spanish food suppliers Mevalco. Expect a seafood and sherry-focused lunch inspired by some of the team’s favourite markets, chiringuitos and tapas bars of southern Spain.
What’s more, 100% of the proceeds will be going to charity Action Against Hunger, so it’s all for a great cause!
