Fans of Vietnamese food will soon have a brand new dining option in central Bristol, when Rollin Vietnamese opens in the St James Arcade.
The new Vietnamese street food joint promises to serve “the tastiest selection of food that you will find along the bustling streets of Vietnam from noodle soups, banh mi (Vietanmese baguettes), salad rolls, salads, rice dishes which can all be enjoyed with a cup of Vietnamese Drip Coffee.” Located at number 23-25 The Arcade, expect great value, authentic street food with breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and coffee all on offer.
Ingredients are sourced from local farmers’ markets and other Bristol suppliers, while their robusta coffee is sourced directly from an artisan coffee roaster in Vietnam.
There’s been no official announcement as to an exact opening date yet…but there are regular updates appearing on the Rollin Vietnamese Facebook page…keep checking there and their website for more information!
