Formerly the Knife & Fork Cafe, the Bigger Bites Cafe opened under new management on Bedminster Road on the morning of October 2nd.
Located at 82 Bedminster Road, the Bigger Bites Cafe is now run by the team behind sandwich shop Bigger Baps on Parson Street, just around the corner, and is open 7 days a week: from 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm on Saturdays, and 8am to 3pm on Sundays.
The team are serving up a range of breakfast dishes, from a breakfast roll with bacon, sausage, egg and mushrooms to their £12 “Supersize Breakfast”: a plate packed with 4 rashers of bacon, 4 sausages, 3 eggs, mushrooms, beans, 4 slices of black pudding, tomato, fried potatoes, 2 hash browns, 3 slices of toast/fried bread and a cup of tea/coffee. You’ll also find sandwiches with a range of hot or cold fillings, burgers, and lighter bites such as breakfast pastries, things on toast, omelettes and toasted teacakes.
On Sundays, there’s a range of Sunday roast options available, all coming with multiple meats. There are kids’ and OAPs’ options available, as well as their standard roast, their “man’s roast”, the mega roast option for those with huge appetites, plus a giant Yorkshire wrap stuffed with the meat of your choice, roast potatoes, stuffing, parsnips and gravy.
