From 9am on Friday, September 22nd, Mivart Studios in Easton will be home to Dela Bristol, who describe themselves as “a place to gather, share food and celebrate the arts”.
After four months spent converting the space on Mivart Street, just off St Mark’s Road, the team will be serving the sort of food that was well received at their pop-ups at Hart’s Bakery last year.
Expect locally sourced drinks (there have been trips down to Somerset to pick their own apples for homemade juice), alongside a vegetable-led menu…recent creations include Danish-inspired open sandwiches of goats’ cheese, pickled turnips, radishes and nasturtium leaves/raw rainbow beetroot, pickled walnuts, honey and nasturtium petals; rose poached pears with spiced ricotta and rose syrup; and a free-range chicken stock, rainbow chard and runner bean broth with wholemeal sourdough. There will be veggie and vegan options galore, and lunch specials will change regularly.
Dela Bristol will open their doors at 9am on Friday, September 22nd, serving brunch, lunch and evening sharing food. They’ll be open from 9am to 11pm Tuesdays to Saturdays and from 10am to 3pm on Sundays – and on their launch day, there’ll be 50% off food to celebrate their arrival.
