“A modern wine bar with a fresh approach” is how Le Poivrot on Colston Street describe themselves – see for yourself, as they open from 5pm on Friday, April 7th.
Located at 47 Colston Street, Le Poivrot is the brainchild of Richard Tring, former head bartender at the Milk Thistle, and co-founder of Red Light and Weber & Tring’s. Throughout April, it’ll be open from 5pm to 11.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, with plans to open all day from May 2nd.

The menu will expand over time, though (they’ve been advertising for chefs with a good understanding of European cooking) – keep an eye on their website, Facebook and Twitter for updates…
