Looking for an alternative brunch option that you can customise to suit your tastes? The Ivy Clifton Brasserie have launched their “build your own” waffle menu, available every weekend from 11.30am to 4pm as part of their brunch menu.
Prices start from £8.95, and you can build your waffle to suit your taste. Choose vanilla, cinnamon or lemon waffles, then top with four toppings from a selection that includes:
- Ice cream and yoghurt (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, salted caramel, pistachio, Greek yoghurt)
- Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- Toppings (hazelnut nougatine, crushed meringue, honeycomb, glazed pecans, popping candy, chocolate flakes)
After you’ve chosen your toppings, pick one of the six sauces that are on offer: the traditional maple syrup; fruity choices of lemon or strawberry; or the more decadent dark chocolate, white chocolate or salted caramel.
