Join the Coexist Community Kitchen for an incredible 3-course sharing meal, whipped up by the very chefs who create the insatiable flavours of the London-based Ottolenghi and Nopi restaurants. There will be drinks, there will be food and there will be music!
This event is a fundraising dinner for the Coexist Community Kitchen, based in Hamilton House, Stokes Croft. Coexist Community Kitchen use food as a way to support people and bring people together. They focus mainly on social outreach work and partner with many organisations such as Bristol Drugs Project, The Prince’s Trust, Bristol Refugee Rights and Second Step, amongst others – using food as a vehicle to challenge life’s challenges.
The Ottolenghi team describe their food as “full of harmonious contradictions: it’s vibrant and bold yet familiar and comforting; it’s beautiful to look at yet close to its original form; it’s full of surprising drama yet always comes together as one; it’s noisy yet peaceful, lip-smacking yet warm, simple yet daring.”
People will be feasting together and sharing this deliciously contradictory food on the night of Friday, 21st of April, with the evening running from 7pm to 11.45pm. The ticket price will include a welcome drink and a 3-course sharing meal – and all proceeds go to the incredible work the Coexist Community Kitchen are doing with their project partners.
Note: Yotam Ottolenghi will not be there himself.
Tickets for this event are now on sale at £60 per head, and can be purchased here.
