HUBBOX, which runs hugely popular neighbourhood restaurants specialising in burgers, dogs and beers, is set to launch on Bristol’s Whiteladies Road in Spring 2017.

The HUBBOX team has secured 113 Whiteladies Road (formerly Las Iguanas) for its sixth site – it’s already thriving in Truro, Exeter and Plymouth; it has a beach bar on Pentewan Sands and also has its mothership, ‘Hub’ in St Ives.

So, what can we expect from HUBBOX? Well, it’s all about handmade burgers, gourmet hot dogs, in-house smoked pulled pork and beef brisket. On the menu there’ll be all sorts of alternatives to “regular” burgers, including the Mack Daddy (a Cornish mackerel burger with shredded beetroot and horseradish mayo), along with veggie burgers, homemade nachos and kids’ options.

Drinks-wise, expect a range of craft beers in bottles, in cans and on draft, as well as cocktails, shakes, soft drinks and coffee from Origin Coffee.

Work on the site begins in the second week of March…follow the team on Instagram or Twitter for further updates…
