Clifton Village Indian restaurant Nutmeg (read our review here) are launching a new series of dining experiences, created to showcase the different regions of India. Each ‘Nutmeg Nights’ event will celebrate the diverse regional cuisines of India, with a four course tasting menu and locally inspired drink pairings to accompany each dish.
The first event in the series will take place on Thursday, March 16th, and will explore the region of Punjab, along with four specially created gin cocktails. Nutmeg’s head chef has created a bespoke four-course tasting menu reflective of this rich and fragrant style of cooking, with every course coupled with a unique gin cocktail that has been designed especially to accompany and compliment the food.
Future events that are yet to be announced will cover New Delhi cuisine paired with wine in May, and a Tamil Nadu tasting menu paired with local IPAs that will take place in July.
