91 Ways Supper Club – Tales of Somalia: Wednesday, March 15th

Book now for the first supper club of the year from 91 Ways to Build a Global City: a Somalian feast that will take place on Wednesday, March 15th.

From 7.30pm to 10pm at The Station on Silver Street, guests will enjoy a three-course feast prepared by Somalian chefs Amina and Hanna, who first came to Bristol as refugees. As well as cooking and serving the meal, the pair will be captivating diners with stories of Somali culture.

This is one of many events hosted by 91 Ways: an initiative designed to “allow people to share their stories, personal food journeys, recipes, and passions, to build understanding between communities” – connecting these communities through the medium of food. The name stems from the fact that there are 91 languages spoken across Bristol.

Tickets for the event are priced at £25 for one, or £49 for two, and can be purchased through the 91 Ways Fundsurfer page. All of the money raised will go back into running local community meals, and bringing communities together.
