This September, Bristol will be treated to a very different dining experience in the form of Bristol in the Sky: a four-day pop-up event that will see diners enjoying meals and drinks in mid-air.
Those who book tickets will dine or drink at the sky table on Waterfront Square, which is suspended 100 feet in the air. There’s space for 22 diners, and guest chefs, sommeliers and the waiting team will serve everyone from the pop-up kitchen in the middle of the table. After being strapped into their seats, diners will be elevated to 100 feet above the ground, where their experience will begin.
The line-up for September 7th to 10th has now been announced, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks sittings all available. Rosemarino will be providing the breakfast service, while the lunch and dinner partners will be the Second Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols, Romy’s Kitchen and Henry’s. Alternatively, book an afternoon sitting to enjoy a gelato feast from Swoon, or an evening drinks sitting with cocktails from the likes of Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
Tickets are available now, and can be booked via the Events in the Sky website…
