This Friday, August 5th, Bosh Supper Club founder Juliet is hosting a Mexican Night at a brand new venue: The Elephant House in Bedminster.
The underground restaurant’s Friday night feast is designed “for those who love food and who like to meet other like-minded people in a chilled atmosphere”. Your £20 (plus booking fee) ticket price will entitle you to an amazing-sounding three course meal as follows (drinks are on a BYO basis):
Starter:
Chipotle chicken or courgette and chilli tacos, served with pineapple salsa, guacamole and queso fresco
Main:
Slow cooked pork pibil with pink pickled onions or chard and chickpea chilli, served with frijoles, charred corn salad and green rice
Dessert:
Coconut cake and roasted pineapple with chilli and lime
Tickets for the evening, which starts at 7.30pm, can be booked via the Foozie website…and tequila and sombreros are encouraged!
