Bristol’s local pie company, Pieminister, has now launched a brand new brunch menu at their Stokes Croft and Broad Quay restaurants. Exclusive to Bristol, it is served every weekend from 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 12.30pm on Sundays.
The menu is packed with great British, ethical ingredients – just like their pies – and incorporates a wide range of different options. As you’d expect, there’s a brunch pie on the menu: The Banger is full of free range British pork sausage, smoked bacon, roast plum tomatoes and a crisp rӧsti potato top. It’s served on a bed of bubble & squeak and topped with a free range poached egg, with a side of homemade smoky baked beans.
Alternatively, there’s a range of four different skillets – including two gluten-free options, as well as sourdough toast with a range of different toppings. Lighter options are also available in the form of overnight oats and granola, and you can see the full menu here.
Priced at around £4 to £9, prices are in line with elsewhere in Bristol, and you can even order a Bloody Mary on the side. Sounds great to us…
