It’s finally time to shake off those winter blues and make the most of Bristol at this time of year. On Friday, May 6th, the St Nick’s Night Market team have teamed up with Shindig to celebrate with music, al fresco food, drinks and entertainment.
Shindig will be taking over the Glass Arcade with a lineup that will include Ghetto Funk Allstars, Goodgroove, Dancefloor Outlaws and the Sly Players to give the night market a proper festival feel.
As usual, the markets will be staying open late, so it’s your monthly opportunity (yes – the night market now takes place monthly!) to stock up on the food and goodies only available in St Nicholas Market. You can see a full list of market traders here.
Local businesses will be staying open late too, including antique finders Rag & Bone, who will be serving their epic espresso martinis, as usual.
There will be plenty to drink on offer: choose from cocktails made with locally foraged ingredients, Dick Willows cider, Incredible Ale and Field Bar’s new Gin Bar.
Plenty of street food stalls will also be trading, with the offerings including churros, wild venison, tacos, oysters, Tibetan dumplings, pies and jerk chicken.
