The Bristolian pizza mavericks at Flour & Ash have now confirmed (after much chat on social media!) that they’ll be opening their second site in Westbury-On-Trym at 5pm on Tuesday, May 3rd. Offering the same menu that’s available in the established Cheltenham Road branch, they’ll be serving up wood-fired sourdough pizzas, innovative starters and a range of house-made ice creams and sorbets.

The new restaurant will be located at 38 The High Street – the former home of Casamia.

Bristol’s best breweries will represent the bulk of the ale list with Gloucester Road’s independent wine merchant Grape & Grind presiding over the wine.

Regulars at the Cheltenham Road Flour & Ash restaurant will recognise some familiar faces with Patch Walsh running front of house and Joe Wilkin ensuring the kitchen is fired up.

Social media is the place to watch for opening offers (follow them on Twitter and Facebook), but owner Steve has confirmed that the “any pizza for £9” deal will be running all day long…

No bookings will be taken in the first week, so that as many locals as possible will be able to wander in to give Flour & Ash a try…keep an eye on the website, though, as their online booking system will go live soon…
