Part of The City Pub Company, Prince Street Social will be opening within the Crown House building on Prince Street in the city centre on Thursday, February 25th.
With space for around 120 diners, the Prince Street Social offering will include cocktails, brunches, a brasserie menu, a focus on wine and plenty more…
The cocktail list will lean towards gin, and will be split into four categories: Classics, Gin Classics, Gin Creations and Prince Street Creations – and the team have confirmed that they will also be barrel-ageing a cocktail for later use (which cocktail that is is to be confirmed).
On the wine front, the team have installed a state-of-the-art Enomatic machine that keeps wine fresh for up to 3 weeks, meaning that premium wines will be served by the glass.
The venue will offer table service throughout, no matter whether you are drinking or dining. On the food front, expect a fresh and vibrant lunch menu, accompanied by Clifton Coffee’s EQ v.8 blend. The brasserie menu (see Twitter for an idea as to the type of food to expect) will run throughout the day.
Open from 8am on weekdays and 10am at the weekend, there will also be plenty of tables and space for meetings, with super-fast WiFi and plenty of plug and USB points.
