The early months of the year, for many, are a time to make resolutions to eat more healthily. That’s certainly the case for me! Since joining Slimming World in January, I’m making more of a conscious effort to ensure (for the most part) that what I actually eat is going to do my body less harm and more good. Even staying away from more processed options and replacing them with freshly cooked ingredients will make a massive difference – after all, that way you know what really goes into your food.
