The Devilled Egg Kitchen Academy opened in Clifton 6 years ago, and has had a huge number of happy cookery school attendees…including me! Owner Barbora conducted a survey in 2015 to find out what they could do better, and found out that attendees wanted a lot more classes.
With not enough hours in the day to launch all of the classes she wanted to, Barbora has now launched The Devilled Egg Online – a dedicated resource accessed via the cookery school’s website from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Each week, you’ll find two new video tutorials and three new recipes: from asafoetida to zabaglione, this new service offers subscribers a wealth of tips, tricks and demonstrations that can be accessed on demand.
The new service launched on Monday, November 30th, and there are three different levels of subscription available:
SNACK
Three weekly recipes comprising three-course dinner party, achievable in 60 minutes. All recipes will be seasonal and will balance deliciousness, nutritional value and visual appeal. Pre-order price: £10 for the year (regular price: £15).
MEAL
Weekly video tutorials from our ‘Essential’ collection, featuring techniques to build core knowledge and promote confidence in the kitchen. Pre-order price: £25 for the year (regular price: £35).

Weekly video tutorials from our ‘Masterclass’ collection, featuring in-depth learning, pro techniques (e.g. sous vide, molecular gastronomy) and stunning presentation skills. Pre-order price: £35 for the year (regular price: £45).
