From Corn Street to Cheltenham, award-winning steak house brand The Ox is now adding a third “C” to its portfolio as the team prepare to open another venue, this time on Whiteladies Road.
Opening on Friday, November 27th, the The Ox Clifton will be located at 96A Whiteladies Road – the former home of Italian restaurant Zio. Diners can expect the same high standards as the Corn Street restaurant, and a menu to match: all of their prime cuts of steak will be cooked in their Josper oven, while seasonal small plates, a variety of charcuterie and a range of desserts will also be on offer. Those in the Clifton area will also be pleased to hear that the new Whiteladies Road branch will be offering a Sunday lunch menu…
Add to that a range of drinks (carefully chosen wines, craft beers and various cocktails), along with the early bird deal of a 6oz rump steak with fries, a sauce and a glass of wine for £12.50 every day between 5pm and 7pm, and there’s good reason to get excited about this new opening. They’re taking bookings now for the run up to Christmas – visit www.theoxclifton.com to find out more and to book.
