River Cottage Canteen is hosting a Game Night with Tim Maddams on Tuesday 10th November. The evening will provide guests with a fantastic insight into preparing and cooking wild game with Tim on hand to give advice and tips.
Game Night is perfect for beginners wishing to start cooking game at home and those who would like to develop further skills with preparing and cooking locally sourced wild game.
The evening is a ticketed event, priced at £28 per person, which includes a 3 course set menu based around game.
Tim says, “Game is such a delicious and versatile choice of meat that is often overlooked and a fantastic local source of meat. It’s always a delight to be a guest host at River Cottage Canteen and I am excited to be talking to guests about how to prepare and cook with game while they enjoy tasting seasonal game in our menu.”
