2015 Bristol Good Food Awards winners announced

After thousands of public votes and several weeks of judging, the results of the 2015 Bristol Good Food Awards were announced at an £85 per head gala dinner at Bristol Grammar School on the evening of Sunday, June 21st.

Guests – food and drink businesses from across the Bristol area – were served a sharing menu created by Freddy Bird and students from the City of Bristol College, which included mains of roast Welsh saltmarsh lamb with harissa and almond and a nut pilaf, as well as cinnamon-rubbed Norfolk quail with aubergine and peppers.

The presentation of the awards saw Casamia crowned as Best Restaurant once again, while Toby Gritten of The Pump House was named Best Chef, and No Man’s Grace on Chandos Road Best Newcomer.
