Cheese Machine: Launching April 11th on Castle Street

Cheese Machine

It’s always exciting to hear of new street food businesses launching in Bristol…and even more so when they involve huge amounts of melted cheese. Melted cheese is going to be just part of what new street food outfit Cheese Machine do, though, when they first start selling to the public on Castle Street from 2pm on April 11th.

Cheese Machine is co-owned and run by Krzysztof Mikulski, who has had previous roles at The Mint Hotel and the Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant, along with his brother Tom…and the menu sounds amazing. They’ll be serving up toasted raclette sandwiches and salt beef sandwiches, alongside confit duck, orange, fennel and couscous salad and other dishes, all created with homemade oils and chutneys and local produce sourced from the South West.

Head down to Castle Street in the city centre from 2pm on Saturday, April 11th to try their wares – and for more updates, follow them on Twitter at @CheeseMachinist.
