The River Cottage Canteen in Bristol will host an exciting book signing event on Wednesday 19 November 2014 at 11.30am, in their wonderfully restored Grade-II listed 19th Century church building on Clifton’s Whiteladies Road.
The event is free to attend and guests will have the chance to purchase Hugh’s new book River Cottage: Light & Easy and have it signed in person by the author himself. The book is packed with healthy, simple and fuss-free free recipes – and every single one is wheat and dairy-free. There will be some dishes from Light & Easy on the lunch menu so you can meet Hugh, pick up a copy of his book and then taste some of the recipes for yourself.
“The book reflects the way I’ve been cooking and eating for a while now” explains Hugh. “After cutting down on wheat and dairy, I’m feeling really great and full of vim and vigour. What’s more, this new way of cooking has led me to explore and experiment with all kinds of delicious new ingredients. It’s totally revitalised my cooking.”
