Just when we thought the burger craze was over…we now have an American diner opening on Colston Avenue. No opening date has been announced yet, but according to a post on the Triple Bs Facebook page on November 1st, “building work is due to commence very soon”.
The former home of Ozzy Al’s at 1 Colston Avenue has been closed for ages (since before I moved to Bristol over 5 years ago…), but the premises looks pretty big. In its guise as Triple Bs, it’ll be transformed into a sports-bar-slash-American-diner, with photos posted on the Facebook page suggesting that the menu is likely to consist of burgers, nachos, chicken wings, club sandwiches and more.
